Event Information

Keynote Speaker: Noel Bagwell

Executive Legal Professionals, PLLC welcomes new and returning attendees to its Nashville Preventive Law Luncheon series with a brand-new topic: “Copyrights, Trade Marks, Patents, and the Plan for Protecting Your Brand.”

In this entertaining, informative talk, Noel Bagwell, President & Chief Legal Counsel of Executive Legal Professionals, will discuss Intellectual Property issues affecting small businesses, which produced 46 percent of the private U.S. non-farm GDP in 2008 (the most recent year for which the source data are available). As the U.S. economy continues to struggle to recover, it is harder than ever before for small businesses to continue to be incubators for innovation and employment growth. Protecting trade secrets, copyrights, trade marks, and other intellectual property is essential to the innovation and growth that are vital to these businesses, and Noel’s talk will focus on using Preventive Law to strengthen such protections. Plus, Noel will answer questions from the audience.

Noel is an exciting, dynamic speaker who professionally presents his topics, but maintains a witty edge that keeps his audiences engaged and entertained. You will not want to miss this talk! Get your ticket, today!
